7-10 business day expected delivery from shipping date via USPS.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
Should you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs applicable to the exchange and/or return. Please note, all items sold under the "free shipping" promotion - the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount once the items have been received at the studio.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are subject to import taxes, VAT and/or other customs fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes. We do not issue refunds for failure to adhere to international customs and import rules/taxes/laws.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Items packed by Dick Cherry's staff are documented and kept on file. Seller is not responsible for damage during transit, or lost items by the shipping company. All matters must be resolved with the shipping company.
